Introduction

So after the hell of a weekend I had, I decided that it is time for me to start living MY life.
I spend too much time worrying about what others may think of me 
that I forget to stop and face the music...

Let me be frank... I hate how my body looks and I really want to change it.
How am I going to do this?
>> Clean eating... Like no carbs and no sugar.
>> Gym 6 days a week
and
>> Blog everyday... to keep me motivated.

This is going to be a challenge, but it is one that I will face and concur... 
Just you wait and see!
